That's true. I'm just annoyed Mickey seemingly wussed out on the proper confrontation, especially since he was the most vocal about Max and wanting to put a stop to it. I guess it's times like this where I miss 'old' Mickey.
That's true about the tension disappearing. I like how Mickey and Terry had the respect not to phone after hearing that.
I know it's annoying. Taken off for Britain's got talent and world cup.

wait. Britains got Talent? It's being postponed because of that?! The football world cup Ican understand but Britain's got talent. It's a series in its own right so surely it should have its own schedualed slot to stick to, goodness knows Simon is on often enough!

In what way are either of those better than The Bill?! OK, so I may be slightly biased, but coronation street is on all the time anyway, if its their slot being used then they should be the ones to get knocked off! (my aunt would not like me saying that though)
BTW, Neil said that the results were good news, was he telling the truth, I just had this horrible feeling that he was hiding somethinh from his son.

They're not. What gets me is, if they can find time for Corrie, they could find time for TB.
I thought he could have been lying too at first. Not sure lol!

oohh and now we have to wait even longer to find out. They would have to postpone it just when things are starting to get heated in the CID. There had better be plenty of Mickey and Neil to make up for this, and, where has Jack been latley?

Mickey did try to tell Jack of the muddled CID a few times, or at least suggested it. I was like awwww, sweet. Its good that for the first time their a super he can actually trust and doesn't want to go behind the back of.......or expose.......or punch...
I have no idea how Neil will react if he finds out others know. and Grace, she's one of the first ones who should have been told yet she's still clueless, I think that she's the one who should be told, she would care for him and I can see her working well with him to get things back on track.

DC Webb is looking very sexy this evening in that blue top combined with the fluffy-ish hair and attitude dragged right back from 2000 This is an intense episode tonight. Loving all the one liners and Max has some great ones but seriously don't ignore Neil like that man!

I missed it!n Argh, I caught the end where Neil takes Grace out which was so so so sweet! They make theee perfect couple and I'm glad they've followed that story up. Fluffy hair? 2000 attitude? OMG what did I miss? Explain everything! Did Max have drugs? did they fight? Did Mickey punch him?

Mickey had fluffy-ish hair and was basically focused on telling Neil about Max's drug taking and kept bitching to Terry and telling him "Either he tells or we do!" and he was just hell bent on getting Max in trouble I think. He kept pulling faces and was basically acting sort of how he would in 2000 in he didn't give a crap about why Max was taking drugs he just knew he should stop. There was an hilarious moment at the start where Mickey was eating some sandwich and got sauce all over his top. Max never took any drugs and sadly Mickey didn't punch him. Terry told Max to tell Neil about his drug problem but Max wriggled out of it by saying he needed leave and Neil gave him it but gave the illusion to Terry that he'd told about the coke addiction.

I think they've looked at each other once so far this year that's it. How can they just forget their close friendship?! The effect on relationships in their line of work is crucial to the show plot, or at least it was! Max is a slippery one. heehee, would have lovedto see Mickey's old facial expressions, the cocky lad character that he used to be creeping in every now and then. see he neeeds Jack to keep him in line then again....their first project together wasn't exactly by the book. Does this mean that Max won't be in it for a while? What about the Mickey and Max story line? Is Mickey in it next week?

I made the mistake of watching a spoiler video for next week and it gave me nightmares Mickey is in it next week but he's quite low down on the cast list so I doubt he'll have much to do.

*gulp* they sometimes get that wrong though and forget to mention them at all when they are in. the spoiler does make it look like a tense episode. The previews aren't up on the website yet though.
