But that's one of Chris' skills. He doesn't show the whole thing, the audience which knows of his background can imagine the rest of what they want from what he does show them.

Tonight was amazing. Seriously. I love how CID is in chaos. I also love Mickey going out of his way to angtagonise, bitching about Max with Terry and Banksy. Poor Neil and Grace Loved it. So looking forward to next week too! Mickey was so pretty!

CID is torn apart and it's Max's fault! Wow, it really reflects how important all of their jobs are to work together as a team. plus is some drama! I loved the bit where Mickey suggests they go and report Max to Jack lol. Being a well behaved officer. and its sooooo so so sweet when he helps Grace. He's just trying to do the right things. Grace and Neil. I was desperate for him to tell her his problems at the end of the episode. She would help him! They were practiaclly made for each other! Neil is so sweet bless him. I loved it when he was on the phone at the end to his son "now that would be called cheating" lol. He's great with kids. *sigh* Mickey and Neil. It was a great episode.

Aw yeah Neil talking on the phone to Jake was so sweet. I really wanted him to tell Grace too Was it just me thinking that Mickey's probably already told Jack about Max? I loved the look between Max and Mickey after Mickey had volunteered Grace to Jack.

Another great episode tonight. Loved the Chrises, Bruce and of course Andrew. I'm a bit confused over Mickey though. First him and Terry telling Jo seemed odd to me. I'd have rather they didn't. Mickey seemed pretty adament he wanted to arrest Max yet he suddenly has a flash of conscience and hands the whole thing over to Terry? I can understand Mickey feeling guilty, in fact I'd expect him to, but to just relinquish the entire thing? After all the chest pushing and determination to stop the bullying from DS Carter? I dunno. I wonder if he's gonna get caught up in his own guilt and confess all to Jack? Neil and Jake was so sad and heartbreaking. I cried. Loved seeing Neil interact with his son though. Also Banksy breaking confidence to Mickey and Terry? Those three need a lesson in keeping their mouths shut NB: Max, never ever stop the car like that when Mickey is in it again. Thanks. Heart. Was. In. Mouth.

And ofcause poor Mickey was left with the damage report to fill in, and he was the one who was driving so he would get the blame from the superiors for attepting to purposfully cause an accident. His own idea about alling traffic would have been better and would have held the guy up for longer too.
OK, dispite being a prat I felt kin of sorry for Max, heck for all of them. What do you do in that situation? Max needs help, but he's also putting the case at risk untill he does so. Yet he's their superior. and then there's the whole thing with Neil being gone. No one's sure what to do. I'm glad Banksty told Mickey and Terry though, it should help smooth things out a bit if people understand the importance of what their DI is going through. Plus it was sweet of them to then decided not to call him, real respect.
I loved the scene with Neil wearing the wig by his son. I'm starting to fall for him. Mickey's still nuber one ofcause but Neil is at number 2. I'm kind of glad they're making the story lines more personal again, but without the soapy effect. Well done drama.

I agree. I did sort of feel sorry for Max. Jake's in remission now though so Banksy basically broke confidence for nothing. I wonder how that's going to play out. Sucks we have to wait until 22nd June

Things were getting really tense in CID between everyone, but it seemed that Mickey and Jo etc were keen to try and stick together through it all. I'm glad that they know about Neil's son, although it was extremly personal it would have lifted some of the tension away.
*eye twitches slightly* 22nd? 22ND?! When I heard it yesterday I nearly shouted "noooo!" at the TV.
