There's 3 episodes left Mickey's not. Basically Smithy asked Callum about his dad and he told him that he'd died that afternoon. Smithy, concerned, asked if he'd been able to say goodbye and Callum said no and didn't seem too bothered. Basically next week deals with the funeral and why Callum was estranged from his parents.

Poor Callum Loved the fight with Smithy but would have liked to see where the storyline would have gone if the end wasn't coming Also Mickey looks deliciously angsty next week, sucks it's part of the final episode

Is it really so wrong that I wanted them to stitch that guy up with the drugs? Shame we won't get to see how that ends, it didn't really have a conclusion.
and a little SQUEEE! moment, as the clips of next week look amazing, Mickey looks fantastic!

Nah I wanted them to do that too. I know, man I hate ITV I loved the way Mickey sounded when he was talking about Jasmine having one more night in custody.

WOW! I just watched the preview clips on the bill website and eek! They said they were going to get more gory and gritty in the 9pm slot and now I think they wont to go with that portrayal. Poor kid! and Smithy, he doesn't get it easy does he bless him.

Nope he doesn't. Oh Mickey I'm gonna miss them all so much. That was an amazing episode. Chilling and brutal at the end, it had moments of comedy. Gah. Just. Really. Good.

That episode was amazing. It left me thinking about it for ages afterwards, which only very good programmes or films have done. It is one which will keep springing to mind. The ending was just so, hardhitting. I think I was in shock, and the way they produced it was incredible. Mickey of cause was amazing, I loved his concern! My only complaint is that at the end there was a gunshot, and I didn't know if Jasmine had been shot as well as terribly abused, but then in the previews they showed her alive and intact and even said what had happened. I'm one for spoilers but not the whole give away. Maybe this rape will be a way that Mickey can connect with her. He might come forward and explain that he does know what she's going through in a way? YAY MICKEY!

The Jasmine rape scene was so disturbing but on a positive note Jack and Mickey were in the same room and acknowledged each other's presence! Hard to believe that after next week there will be no more Mickey ever.

I know it's awful to think of Mickey just ceasing to exist The whole of Sun Hill actually. I loved the look between Mickey and Jack. It was a bit odd what they showed for next week, in the TV guide it says Mickey goes all out trying to get justice for Jasmine ;D

oh yay go Mickey! I an imagine him being on the pathway for justice, no stopping him. maybe jack has to pull him in to safe him? come on they have to give us one last jack and mickey father and son moment. and even more so with mickey being protective of Jasmine. I hope he gets to punch those B******* Mickey's always good at punches as Heaton will tell you.

I can't believe it's over They all played a blinder tonight, everyone involved. It was classy and it was brilliant. I loved how Chris conveyed so much emotion just with a look. The rest of them were awesome as always but you know how my bias focuses on Chris. I loved all the little throwbacks they did too. I know I've said this on SO but I'll keep saying it, everything was perfect from the feet walking the beat to Jasmine's "I wanna make a statement" a la Mickey telling Jack in 2003, Smithy's closing line, the remixed theme. The parts of tension, Grace and Neil holding hands, Jack's speech, Just GAH why ITV? They went out in style and I'm going to miss them all terribly.

Yeah I loved the "I wanna make a statement" and "Let's do it" as the last line. It's a shame things like Max's storyline had to go unresolved but they definitely went out in style. Stupid ITV. And no, I will not be watching Law and Order:UK.

*gasp* I just forgot, just now, neatrly 3 weeks later that they did a special on afterwards with Chris Simmons! *bashes head on table* Common youtube don't let me donw now.
Those last epiosdes were amazing. Jack's speech at the end was better than any big explosion killing them all and really makes you think what victims, witmesses and police go through, its not all BC like in fairytales. I loved the way Mickey dealt with Jasmine, the acting was spot on, although I would have prefered him to mention that he did understand what she was going through....sort of.
Neil and Grace make theeee perfect couple, loved the end where they held hands and Mickey in the background nudges a collegue and nods towards them smiling that boyish grin of his lol!
