oh, when I watched these I was so thinking that he would come up with something at the end to help out the lad. I just loved the last pics of him sitting by his computer looking all thoughtful, at least he actually cared.

He did bless him. I always thought he identified with Tyro because he reminded him of himself with the drunken father and looking after the brother. Not sure if Mickey's one time mentioned brother was meant to be older or younger. I also thought part of Mickey sitting at his computer was part contemplation, part sulking lol!

It was in the episode (I forget the number) where Jack went to Mickey's mum's funeral with him and when they were back at Sun Hill Mickey said to Jack " My brother's gone home" (you know the brother that just suddenly materialised...he told Kate Spears he was an only child!)
