Mickey lends a hand at Bowater's Tesco

THE Bill's PC Mickey Webb swapped blues and twos for stacking shelves for charity when he came to Tesco at Bowater.
Actor Chris Simmons, 35, who played the copper in the popular ITV police soap, also served surprised shoppers and packed their bags to raise money for children's cancer charity Clic Sargent on Saturday (December 4). Chris, who comes from Gravesend, also took time out of his hard day's work to sign autographs.
He collected donations from the public.
Keen fundraiser Chris is also a patron of CPC Kent in Cliffe Woods, which provides special needs services and educational support to disabled people of all ages.
