I'm trying to find one of the numbered eps but can't remember what number it is (damn PM for dropping the titles). It was not long after PC Cameron Tait joined, Mickey was wearing a suit (I think) and was worried about how old he was getting (although he was only about 28 at the time lol.) It had a moment where Jack wanted to send Cameron on an obbo because 'he's gorgeous' and Mickey looked a bit offended, lol.
Anyone know what number this is?

Sounds like it could be Episode 112 where at one point Mickey, smart individual that he is, pretends to be an armed officer...how is he still employed?

That's it! Of course I forgot it was a funeral and just remembered the Mickey in suit part. LOL. 'ARMED POLICE' LOL. He would have lost his job a long time ago if Jack didn't love him so. Thanks a million!

I only remembered the armed police part Oh and the blatant aussie hatred from Mickey. He really would have lost his job ten times over if it wasn't for Jack!

He pretended to be an armed officer? lol I would love to see him shout "armed police" It would make me go all weak at the knees lol. He would look great on the armed team though with a gun.

Yeah I think it was Mickey and Brandon who went off on their own somewhere and Brandon gets held at gunpoint, Mickey hiding, shouts about how he's armed police. He's lucky he's a great fibber or he'd have been screwed!

^^ I don't think he does. Mickey only sees him at Christmas and they are not close so I doubt he would tell him.

Yeah it never came across like he told his dad. I don't think he could tell his dad something like that to be honest. His dad doesn't come across like the type of man who would understand. I think the only people he ever actually told were Jack, Liz and Mia. Smithy worked it out on his own and then I think Sam, Ramani and Okaro were told by Jack/Smithy. A lot of the nick found out when Delaney announced it during the arrest. I bet a few more heard when Mickey returned to help in 2005 and upon hearing of Delaney's escape Phil announced extremely loudly "Mickey Webb's rapist?" I always got the feeling Neil hadn't been told in "Code of silence" in 2007 but had been let into the loop by the time "Cry Wolf" came around in 2009 because he said something like "I know this is important to you Mickey." re: getting the rapist convicted. It always made me wonder if Mickey had told him or if it was something he'd heard through the grapevine/read in Mickey's file.

I think it was implied that Neil knew about the rape in 302/303, he made some snide comment about it as Mickey was investigating him. But the writers had probably forgotten about that by the time Code of Silence rolled round.

Oh that's right! I remember reading a fic based on those episodes where Neil had said something about coming in the back way not being Mickey's style.
