I had this thought watching The Bill the other day that if one day Chris decides to leave the show ( ) what other stuff he'd be good in. Now I know this is cliche and everybody seems to end up there but I'd actually really like to see Chris in Eastenders. I dunno why but I could totally see him fitting in as a (much prettier) Mitchell. I think it's the way he (as Mickey) said bruvver in one of the episodes last week. Plus when Chris sports the stubble he totally reminds me of some rough London lad (not that I've met any you understand, my knowledge of London consists of what I see on The Bill, Eastenders and musicals such as Oliver! ) so yes feel free to call me mental and tell me he'd be wasted there (with his acting skills he probably would come to think of it!) If Chris were to be in a film he'd have to be in one with Johnny Depp. I'm sorry it's the only way it'll work. Plus I'd be able to perv on them both at the same time So anyone else have a show/film they think Chris'd be great in?

Not Eastenders! Anything but. The horror Actually, I'd really like to see him in Doctor Who, because he does shocked and distressed really well, so maybe the aliens just blew his house up or something. Although Torchwood would give more to look at probably, ;D I totally agree with Johnny Depp films lol!

Lol! He could do shocked and distressed on Eastenders He'd probably be shocked and distressed he was on there I remember him saying he tried out for Brookside on Family Fortunes and I can never tell if he was joking or not but I couldn't ever really see him on Brookie from what I remember of it. Ohhh Doctor Who would be good. I'd start watching it then. If he was in Torchwood I could perve on him and John Barrowman I seem to want to do an awful lot of perving, do you think the sexy male actors should be worried? Forgive me I slept for about six hours and am hyped up on coffee...which I never used to drink but have now acquired a taste for those 3-in-1 sachet things. So yes any rambles or nonsense we'll blame on that and not my flourishing insanity.

Ohhh Doctor Who would be good. I'd start watching it then. If he was in Torchwood I could perve on him and John Barrowman reading that with my slash goggles on made me squee ;D Nothing wrong with perving lol. I'd like to see him in a romantic drama. Or something like Cold Feet.

oo a romantic drama would be good He needs a character with a girlfriend No, sorry just no to Eastenders or any soap He needs to move away from that to establish himself as a drama actor (no offence to soaps) but otherwise he'll be stuck with them for ages! dr who! yes! Oh yes! He did the voice of an asistant in the audio cd and was great he could do a fantastic companion! and then go on to torchwood with topless scenes! ooo, or being human, that's just about to be on, but I just got an image of him standing in a dark alley

Yes, definately Torchwood . Him, John Barrowman and the guy who plays Ianto *Swoon* I think Being Human would be quite cool; he'd be another werewolf, I reckon. A cuddly one, lurking in dark alleys Any thoughts about some big action movie type thing? Be interesting to see if he could pull that off.

I've been watching Catherine Cookson adaptations instead of doing the uni work (general gushing for my hometown being in the episode) and have decided I would love to see Chris in a period drama. This has everything to do with seeing him act in a quality drama and nothing at all to do with imagining how pretty he would look dressed up in a suit and hat as a 19th Century gentleman

Now that's a nice image to have at the end of the day......... heehhee, witha top hat! oh and he'll have to ride a horse. Like Mr Darcy! anyway what were we saying... oh yes. a period drama would be great, it would be completly different to anything he's done so it would present his acting range and proove him to be a serious actor for drama. hey, colin firth started off in pride and prejudice.

He would make a beautiful Mr Darcy I never knew Colin Firth started off in P&P. I don't think I've even seen it to be honest...I think Chris needs to be in it so I finally see it

yes he needs to be in all sorts of period dramas ...just so we can get a good idea at the number of roles he can play. and think of the number of students he'll help. I mean liardo dicaprio opened my eyes to romeo and juliet, the story is always so much more interesting when you have a character to (swoon over) care for.

Exactly. Didn't Chris get compared to Leonardo DiCaprio in something? Desperately Seeking Stardom perhaps.

I can certainly see the resemblance. I think he'd be quite good in a romantic comedy or a comedy (series) on TV. a good one though not just one cut and pasted randomly together. He has good timing and great facial expersions. Maybe a satire.

I just thought he'd be great in the sherlock holmes series they had on watch, maybe as some relative of Watson's or a baddy (with stubble)
