I'll have a go at filling this in; hope it helps! €Do you have any allergies? Nope If so then what? Are you intolerant to any foods? Nope If so then what? Are you diabetic? No. My boyfriend is, which limits where we go Are you vegetarian? No Are you vegan? No Do you find it hard to find places to eat out which provide food for you? Not really, but I dislike a lot of sources, so I tend to avoid the really fancy places Do you usually end up with the same simple dishes to choose from due to your diet.? Not usually, although I will go to great lengths to eat scampi! If you do then please name some recipes you enjoy at home: If you do eat meat, how many days a week do you consume it? Normally only once or twice, cos we have lots of veggies in the family/ If you do not have meat for every meal yet are not vegetarian, please name recipies which you eat at home but which do not contain meat: Loads of quorn / soya meals - shepards pie, pasties, spag bol, etc. Also, stir fries and curries. Do you carry an epipen? No How many times do you eat out in a year? Or in a month? (please indicate which) In the past, maybe twice a month - now, owing to money, probably twice in the past year and can't see it changing for a while How many times have you been to a vegetarian restaurant? Too many to count - there's a couple near us and it's always easier to go there with the family What type of restaurant (eg: Chinease, ) do you prefere to eat out at? Mmm...Chinese and Indian Has cross contamination in a restaurant ever made you sick? (eg: food prepared near peanuts and given to someone with a nut allergy) No. Only food probs I ever had come from McDonald's - we got lunch there on a school trip and the whole class got sick coming home. Who do you usually eat out with? Either my family for something like a birthday, or my boyfriend. When it's my mates, we tend to get a takeway and hibernate at home What kind of setting do you prefere? Eg: formal, country pub etc. The more casual the better. I like places where you talk loudly, have kids around and laugh without getting stared at. One chain down here I really like is called The Meadery; they serve food on wood plates and most dishes like chicken and chips are served up without knives and forks, so you eat with your fingers. It's got the whole medieval thing going and is really friendly place
